Solaris spawning a lot of services...or it doesn`t?

I bet you have always wondered, why for God`s sake Solaris is spawning that quantity of services?

# svcs -a | grep online | wc -l
111

Short answer - it doesn`t. These services is spawning at the system`s boot, then they are killed. To get right perspective of services with corresponding PID`s use this:
# svcs -p
